Keep the Fight Going With Vince Myers

Join us at Elevo Dynamics on October 30^thfrom 2:30-5:30for look into the ground fighting techniques BJJ with black belt Vince Myers. Vince has been training in BBJ for over 10 years under Charles Nunley of Cornerstone BJJ.  Vince will be showing us how to avoid being taken down, and to deal with some of the worst positions to find yourself in: the mount, side mount, and rear mount.
