Grew up in Atlanta Ga. He began Martial Arts while in high school studying TaeKwonDo. After high school, Reggie enlisted in the US Army serving 10 years with 4 years in Special Operations Command. Reggie is a graduate of NC State University with a B.S. Business Administration/Marketing. In his spare time he enjoys roller skating, salsa dancing and personal development. Reggie works as a very successful sales rep for Legal Shield. He is also a very well known salsa instructor. Besides To-Shin Do, Reggie also trains in Gracie Jiu Jitsu!
