Restraint Fighting Seminar

August 24 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Learning how to move and strike effectively when your hands are restrained will either help or ruin any effort to save yourself by allowing you to fight back with the aim to escape.

Real self-defense is about adaptability. One must first understand how to adjust to the worst-case situation. Should you ever be abducted or taken hostages, you will probably be restrained. Having your hands taken out of play reduces your confidence in your ability to move correctly, thereby impairing your capacity to fight back. Feeling that you cannot employ all your tools to properly defend yourself in an already demanding and burdensome environment will cause inaction.Join us for our restraint fighting seminar Saturday August 24th and learn how to move and strike effectively when your hands are restrained. This knowledge will enhance any effort to save yourself by allowing you to fight back with the goal of escape.
